In most cases we have seen, if you notice that some of the web site functionality does not work properly it is most likely due to some SECURITY SETTINGS and/or PROGRAMS that you may have.
If you are running Norton Firewall, depending on how you have it configured, you may need to temporarily disable it to have all of the functionality. We have not seen any problems when using the built-in Microsoft WINDOWS FIREWALL.
To enable or disable Norton Internet Security or Norton
Personal Firewall
On the desktop, double-click the Norton Internet Security icon or the
Norton Personal Firewall icon.
Click Status & Settings.
Click Security.
Do one of the following:
To disable Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall, click
Turn Off.
To enable Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall, click
Turn On. What the button says depends on whether Norton Internet
Security or Norton Personal Firewall is enabled or disabled at the time.
The Internet security level needs to be MEDIUM HIGH or lower (High or Block all Cookies will not allow our web site to work properly). This is found in Internet Explorer from the main menu using TOOLS-->INTERNET OPTIONS on Security tab-->Custom Level Button-->Reset to: Pulldown Menu.
ADWARE and ANTI-VIRUS programs may cause certain features not to work. You can try to temporarily disable them.
